Speaking Event: Rick Hansen Foundation School Program in Etobicoke

Excited for tomorrow's virtual talk on disability inclusion and my journey, to 400 K-8 students in Etobicoke, as part of the Rick Hansen Foundation School Program!

Last May, I did a virtual presentation of the program to all the grade 5-8s across a school board, and got the most thoughtful questions from the kids.

At another in-person presentation I did in the fall, when I asked at the end what the students had learned, one girl in grade 1 or 2 said she learned that she's not the only one with a disability. 🥹
