Speaking Event: Orangeville for the Rick Hansen Foundation School Program

Looking forward to speaking to 300 K-8 students in Orangeville tomorrow about disability inclusion and my life with a neuromuscular disorder, as part of the Rick Hansen Foundation School Program!

A few days ago, I was looking back on my talk statistics, and realized that I've spoken to over 2,600 K-12 students since becoming a School Program Ambassador a year ago this month.

Which feels so cool, considering I grew up with almost no disability representation when I was in school! 🥹
