I'm a Top 5 Finalist for the Lotus Hope Foundation's Global Impact Award!

Much like my necklace, this is definitely a yay - so excited to be named a Top 5 finalist for The Lotus Hope Foundation's Global Impact Award! 🥹🙏🏽✨

In the last 3ish years, since I first started speaking about disability advocacy and living with a neuromuscular disorder, things have felt like they've moved so fast. I've been on stages, spoken to corporations, led lighting campaigns and raised awareness in the media.

But now to have my impact recognized as global - past Lauren, who would tear up when she had to tell someone new one-on-one about her disability, would be floored.
