Virtual Speaking Event: Edmonton for the Rick Hansen Foundation School Program

Twice now I've posted about my "last" school presentations of the school year, but I'm glad I was wrong and to be doing my third this month 🎉

Looking forward to talking about identity and disability inclusion today to a class of grade 2-3 students just outside of Edmonton - my first virtual talk in Alberta as part of the Rick Hansen Foundation school program!

One of my favourite moments from a talk with this age group was this past Dec, when I asked at the end what's something they learned today, and one little girl said she learned "I'm not the only one with a disability." 🥹

So thankful to the team at the Rick Hansen Foundation for their support! 🙏🏽✨
